1. Use of Fit4Me
- Age Restrictions: Fit4Me is intended for users aged 16 and above. If you are under 16, please ensure you have the consent of a parent or guardian to use our application.
- Availability: Fit4Me is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the application for any particular purpose.
- Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your use of Fit4Me and for ensuring that your use complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Subscription and Payment Terms
Fit4Me offers subscription plans on a monthly and quarterly basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fee to your selected payment method at the start of each billing cycle. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing period.
- Billing Cycle: Payments are processed at the beginning of each subscription period.
- Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
- Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time, but payments already processed are non-refundable.
2.1 Subscription Cancellation Timing
- Cancellation Timing: To avoid being charged for the next subscription period, you must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Cancellations can be done directly through your account settings in the application or through the platform used to subscribe (e.g., App Store or Google Play).
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the end of your current billing period, the cancellation will take effect from the next billing cycle, and you will retain access to premium features until the end of the current period.
2.2 Changes in Payment Terms and Additional Offers
- Changes: We may occasionally update the terms of your subscription, including pricing, billing intervals, or service availability. Any material changes will be communicated to you in advance via the email associated with your account or through in-app notifications.
- Optional Upsell Offers: From time to time, we may offer optional additional services, features, or digital content for a separate fee ("upsell offers"). These purchases are entirely voluntary and clearly presented before payment is completed. One such optional upsell is the Pack 5-in-1, which is a one-time purchase and includes access to digital content and services such as fasting-related features, digital guides, and premium support.
3. Refund Policy
We do not generally provide refunds for subscription payments. However, under US consumer law, you may have the right to a refund if our services do not meet reasonable quality standards. Requests for refunds will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
4. Dispute Resolution by Negotiation and Binding Arbitration Agreement
In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact our customer support team first to seek an amicable resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiations, both parties agree to resolve the matter through binding arbitration per US arbitration laws. This means that any disputes will be settled by an independent arbitrator rather than through court proceedings.

- Liability: Fit4Me is not liable for any injury, illness, or other consequences resulting from your use of the application.
- Risk Acknowledgment: You acknowledge that your diet and exercise activities involve risks, including bodily injury or death, and assume those risks. Fit4Me is not responsible for such risks and disclaims any liability.
6. Account Security
You should take all necessary actions to prevent others from accessing your account and information. If someone has gained access to your account, inform us at support@fit4me.io, and we can help you deactivate your account.
7. Enforcement Rights
We reserve the right to monitor your access or use of Fit4Me for the purposes of operating and maintaining the application, ensuring your compliance with the Terms, and complying with applicable legal requirements. We may remove or disable any content or access to the Services at any time without notice if we determine that your content or use is objectionable or violates the Terms.

We reserve the right to amend this Offer Policy at any time. Updates will be published on our website, and continued use of any offers implies acceptance of the revised policy. Any material changes that may affect customers' rights will be communicated through appropriate channels in compliance with US consumer protection regulations.

Fit4Me and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of NUTRIONIKA LLC and its licensors. Fit4Me is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both your country and international law. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of NUTRIONIKA LLC.
